Chaka Fattah Jr. (born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, November 29, 1982) is an American entrepreneur. Fattah is President of 259 Strategies, LLC, a management consulting firm. In September 2007, Fattah was named one of the Young Entrepreneurs of Rittenhouse Square by Rittenhouse Magazine. In November 2008, Fattah was featured as a business vanguard in Philadelphia Style magazine.
