Enrollment Management
COTC offers the Gateway, a one-stop process for student services, but students are often expected to complete processing and scheduling using an a dysfunctional web service. The Financial Aid office is run by students, and often falls short of expectations. The offices of admissions, academic advising, and student records are centrally located in Hopewell Hall.
