History
The Carroll School of Management was founded as the "College of Business Administration" in 1938, as Boston College was fulfilling the obligations of its university charter. Its main building, Fulton Hall, was built in the late 1940s to accommodate it. The school of management would later be renamed in 1989 as the "Carroll School of Management", following a $10 million dollar donation from alumnus Wallace E. Carroll.
