The Carey Business School's first set of MBA graduates were part of the cohort admitted for MBA fellows program which was the equivalent of an Executive MBA program along with part-time /Evening classes of the MBA program.

- Segun Toyin Dawodu, Physician and Attorney currently Associate Professor of Pain Medicine, Albany Medical College, Albany, NY.
- Jim Kyung-Soo Liew, Ph.D. (Finance, Columbia Business School; BA University of Chicago) joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2012. He is a Lecturer with expertise in the areas of finance, quantitative finance, and hedge funds.
