Caprice is a contemporary French haute cuisine restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong. It is helmed by Vincent Thierry, the opening and current chef de cuisine; who was the sous chef of Le Cinq at Hotel George V, Paris of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
