Governance
CDTA is overseen by a nine member board of directors.
At the present time, the board representation includes:
- Three members representing Albany County
- Two members representing Rensselaer County
- One member representing Schenectady County
- Two members representing Saratoga County
- One member (non-voting) representing the labor unions
There is also an executive director that handles day-to-day business, reporting to the board of directors.
