The Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research is a Canadian charitable foundation whose goal is to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS to increase funds for research. All of CANFAR’s fundraising efforts are geared towards raising money to fund Canadian HIV/AIDS research. CANFAR is the only privately funded, national charity dedicated solely to advancing research in the area of HIV and AIDS.
