Paint Mixers
Though not a very limelight associated job, the paint mixers do exactly what their title sounds like. They mix the paint, trying to get the right amount of water and paint. It is necessary to have the most spreadable, combination of thick and thin paint possible. Some Maccabia teams have assigned designated paint mixers to make paint for their teams endlessly. They use pitchers of mayim (water), powder paint and popsicle sticks to mix them. Certain colours are harder to mix then others including magenta and red. In the past paint mixers would dump the powder and mayim in to a used yogurt or sour cream container and mix it with a popsicle stick. However, in 2011 a new technique was discovered for mixing paint. This technique involves pouring the mayim directly into the paint container, closing the lid, and shaking it like a martini shaker. Note: this technique is only possible when the container is half full of powder.

Famous quotes containing the word paint:
“In his comprehensive delight in all experience Dickens resembles Walt Whitman, but he was innocent of that nebulous transcendentalism that blurred Whitmans universe into vast misty panoramas and left him, for all his huge democratic vistas, unable to tell a story or paint a single concrete human being.”
—Edgar Johnson (19121990)
