Cain Southernwood (born (1992-04-05) 5 April 1992 (age 21)) is a professional rugby league footballer who plays for Bradford, and has previously played for Wakefield Trinity, playing at Stand-off, or Scrum-half.
Signed from Castleford amateur side Smawthorne ARLFC.
A member of the Trinity Grand Final winning Academy team in 2009, he has been selected for the England Academy squad from which the side to face France and Australia will be selected.
