Cable Curl

The cable curl is an exercise designed to target the biceps brachii muscle. It is performed using a cable machine, and is especially good for isolating the muscle, giving it a good contraction.

It is very similar to the biceps curl, except using different equipment to a dumbbell or a barbell.

Famous quotes containing the words cable and/or curl:

    Douglass Cross (b. 1920)

and wash them with your salt,
    you will curl between sand-hills
you will thunder along the cliff

gather and pour weight upon the beach.
