2010 Season
On February 1, 2010, Kim agreed to a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants. On March 20, 2010, the Giants granted him his release after he appeared in just one minor league game. Kim later played with the Orange County Flyers of the Golden Baseball League in 2010.
