Business Park

A business park or office park is an area of land in which many office buildings are grouped together. All of the work that goes on is commercial, not industrial or residential.

These are popular in many suburban locations, where development is cheaper because of the lower land costs and the lower building costs for building wider, not necessarily higher. They are also often located near motorways or main roads.

Famous quotes containing the words business and/or park:

And what if my descendants lose the flower
Through natural declension of the soul,
Through too much business with the passing hour,
Through too much play, or marriage with a fool?
    William Butler Yeats (1865–1939)

The label of liberalism is hardly a sentence to public igominy: otherwise Bruce Springsteen would still be rehabilitating used Cadillacs in Asbury Park and Jane Fonda, for all we know, would be just another overweight housewife.
    Barbara Ehrenreich (b. 1941)
