Burnout 3 Soundtrack

Burnout 3: Takedown is the third game in the Burnout series of video games. Released on September 7, 2004, developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts (the first Burnout game EA published), the game drew critical acclaim and a large fanbase. The soundtrack for the Burnout 3: Takedown video game features 44 songs, which is part of "Crash FM", the fictional in-game radio station complete with commentary from DJ Stryker (who is a real DJ from alternative radio station KROQ-FM in Los Angeles). The soundtrack features mainly pop punk, post hardcore, alternative rock songs and songs from other rock bands. The soundtrack has more songs than any other EA title since the 2002 debut of the EA TRAX music initiative, the gaming company's program dedicated to elevating the in-game entertainment experience by delivering breakthrough music in all EA Sports, EA Games and EA Sports Big releases. Within the game you are given the option to choose which songs you want to listen to while playing. You also can choose to turn the commentary on or off.
