Athletics
Participation in sports is mandatory at BB&N, though students can obtain waivers under some circumstances. A member of the Independent School League, the school has a traditional rivalry with the Belmont Hill School. However, in more recent years, a rivalry with Lawrence Academy has begun to take shape, most notably in the sport of football where for the past few years the Knights and Spartans have been the two most dominant teams in the ISL.
