Bruce’s Yam’s and Southern Vegetables – Bruce’s Yams are the number one selling brand of canned yams. They are manufactured using the exclusive triple stage peeling process which removes 45% of the yam down to the tender “sweet heart”. Other vegetables marketed under the Bruce’s brand include Okra, Squash, and Okra, Tomatoes & Corn. More recently, Bruce Foods has released Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake and Waffle Mix.

The “Original” Louisiana Hot Sauce – With an eighty year history, Louisiana Hot Sauce by Bruce Foods is the original cayenne pepper sauce of Louisiana. Although Bruce Foods' Louisiana Hot Sauce was the first hot sauce to use the state’s name, over the years the name "Louisiana Hot Sauce" has become a generic term requiring the creation of special markings to denote the brand from its imitators. The brand now features the word, “Original” in its name along with the famous Red Dot. The hot sauce is known for being full of flavor without an overwhelming amount of heat.
