• 2012 - Vyatta, Inc. Software-based networking technologies. The deal was completed on Nov.9, 2012.

Of note is that acquisition of Foundry at a price of approximately $2.6 Billion in December 2008 resulted in approximately $2B in goodwill moving to Brocade's asset sheets, of which approximately $1.8B still remained as of Q42011.
