Accreditation

Broadview University is accredited by Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS), but is not regionally accredited.

Broadview University Medical Assisting programs at Layton and West Jordan are accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (http://www.caahep.org ) upon the recommendation of the Medical Assisting Education Review Board (MAERB).

Broadview's Business degrees lack AACSB accreditation. Broadview's Information Technology degrees lack CAC/ABET accreditation.

The Associate of Applied Science in Nursing program, at the West Jordan campus, is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.

The Broadview University Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology programs at the West Jordan and Layton campuses are accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) (http://www.avma.org) as programs for educating veterinary technicians.

Broadview University is a nationally accredited school. College credits obtained at nationally accredited schools will not transfer to regionally accredited state schools.
