BCHS Growth Plans
The school has expanded its 7-12 grades to 6-12 grades. The 6th grade was added in the fall of 2009 to complete the current 7th and 8th middle school program. Additions will be made to the current Huntington Beach campus which will allow all junior high school students to participate in extra-curricular and elective courses already established within the higher grades. During the 2010 - 2011 school year, the electives program was expanded to allow junior high school students to take as many as four electives during the school year. Electives offered at the middle school now include technology, drama, beginning, intermediate, and advanced band, jazz band, choir, woodshop, and art.
