Recently opened is the Crowne Plaza hotel along with the Falcon View apartment complex, and a new bus interchange was constructed by the Yellow entrance. There are plans set to extend the centre by 27,500 sq ft (2,550 m2) with the new Yellow Mall extension. This will consist of a three story complex with a new anchor store, 17 new shops and a food court located on the second floor, as well as a two-story underground carpark. Eight new restaurants are planned for the exterior.
