In 2011, A level students obtained the schools best results ever. 56% of students attained top grades A*/A and B.
The school also achieved its best ever GCSE results. 83% of its Year 11 students achieved at least 5 A*-C grades, with 68% attaining 5A*-C including English and Mathematics.
In 2010, 79% of pupils achieved 5 or more A* - C grades and 58% achieving 5 or more A*-C grades including English and Maths. In the 6th Form 53% of grades obtained at A Level were A*-B grades.
