Hostel

There are four separate hostels for boys and girls.

Each Hall has a mess of its own managed by the boarders through their elected representatives and a mess manager under the guidance of Hostel Superintendents.

Library

The Institute has a library-cum-reading room located in the main academic block that caters to the need of teachers and students. It is a well stocked library with more than 32,322 volumes of text & reference books. Besides, the institute subscribes to 115 nos. of journals and periodicals of national & International repute,Multimedia, CDs by IITians, Study materials of NPTEL / MIT and e-journals (IEEE/IEE,ASME) . It also procures important magazines and dailies, which play a vital role in providing up-to-date information in various fields of Engineering, Technology & Management. Selected books are added from time to time to keep the library updated. The library remains open from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M. (including Sundays & Holidays).

The institute provides CDs prepared by IITs on different subjects to the students. Moreover it has Del-net facilities through which 35 lakhs books, journals etc. can be accessed.

Transport

BIET has it own fleet of vehicles to cater to the transportation needs of its students, staff members and visiting guests. These buses serve as the link between the campus and the city.

Health Care

A P.H.C. situated adjacent to the college campus can meet any health related casualty.Two Ambulances have been provided with 24 hours services.Besides, a Pharmacist has been appointed with a first-Aid centre to help the students.
