Betty Burfeindt

Betty Burfeindt (born July 20, 1945 in New York City, U.S.) is an American golfer. She attended Cortland State University. Her rookie season on the LPGA Tour was 1969. She won four times on the Tour, including one major championship, the 1976 LPGA Championship. Her two best seasons were 1972 and 1973, with fourth place finishes on the money list each time. Her last season on the tour was 1981. She was one of the longest LPGA hitters of her day.
