- In Iron Man: The End, a one-shot special set in an alternate future, Tony Stark ultimately married Bethany Cabe. In their old age, they retired to a Stark-designed space station orbiting Earth.
- In the MAX comics series, US War Machine Volume 2, Bethany did appear once again, this time shown clearly to be Stark's lover once again, as well as a wearer of one of the Stark-designed armors. As this takes place in an alternate universe, however, this is not in continuity with the regular Marvel Universe.
