Famous quotes containing the words ben and/or street:
“When long ago I saw her ride
Under Ben Bulben to the meet,
The beauty of her country-side
With all youths lonely wildness stirred,
She seemed to have grown clean and sweet
Like any rock-bred, sea-borne bird....”
—William Butler Yeats (18651939)
“If you have only one smile in you, give it to the people you love. Dont be surly at home, then go out in the street and start grinning Good morning at total strangers.”
—Maya Angelou (b. 1928)
