Ben Pelchat

Ben Pelchat (born April 26, 1982) is a Canadian music producer and recording artist who has worked with Grammy, Juno, and Indie award-winning artists. He is the author of the Ben Pelchat music blog. He is also a committed vegan and environmentalist. Over his decade-long career, he has become an active member of the Canadian music industry, working as a songwriter, producer, engineer, and go-to person for many artists and performers across Canada, the United States, Europe, the UK, as well as Japan, and working closely with organizations such as Canadian Music Week (CMW), and the Amazing Record Company (ARC). He is the founder of treadFIRE Music, and operates out of Kensington Sound, Toronto's oldest continuously-operational recording studio, in the heart of downtown Toronto's vibrant Kensington Market.
