Beefeater Gin - Reviews

Reviews

Beefeater's basic London Dry Gin, which tends to be priced in the middle of the price spectrum for gins, has generally performed well at international spirit ratings competitions. The London Dry earned one double gold, two gold, two silver and two bronze medals from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition between 2006 and 2012. It received relatively impressive scores of 93 and 94 from the Beverage Testing Institute in 2005, 2008, and 2009. The higher-end "24" gin, meanwhile, has earned strong scores as well, receiving a gold medal from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2010 and silver medals in 2011 and 2012.

Famous quotes containing the word reviews:

When the reviews are bad I tell my staff that they can join me as I cry all the way to the bank.
    Wladziu Valentino Liberace (1919–1987)

I have been reporting club meetings for four years and I am tired of hearing reviews of the books I was brought up on. I am tired of amateur performances at occasions announced to be for purposes either of enjoyment or improvement. I am tired of suffering under the pretense of acquiring culture. I am tired of hearing the word “culture” used so wantonly. I am tired of essays that let no guilty author escape quotation.
Josephine Woodward, U.S. author. As quoted in Everyone Was Brave, ch. 3, by William L. O’Neill (1969)

Why do I do this every Sunday? Even the book reviews seem to be the same as last week’s. Different books—same reviews.
    John Osborne (1929–1994)
