Radio Devon is broadcast on the following frequencies from BBC Broadcasting House in Plymouth and St. David's Hill in Exeter (transmitter location in brackets):

- 103.4MHz countywide (North Hessary Tor)
- 94.8MHz in North Devon (Huntshaw Cross)
- 95.7MHz in Plymouth
- 95.8MHz in Exeter (St. Thomas)
- 96.0MHz in West Devon (Okehampton)
- 104.3MHz in Torbay and the South Hams (Beacon Hill)
- AM (MW):
- 801 kHz in North Devon (Barnstaple)
- 990 kHz in Exeter
- 1458 kHz in Torbay
- DAB - available in Plymouth, Exeter, Torbay and North Devon. The DAB feed to Plymouth is independent of the DAB feed to Exeter and Torbay. see Note below
Note: FM, DAB and AM radio broadcasts opt-out every Saturday and Most Tuesday Nights to broadcast Sports programs to specific areas of the county, i.e. Plymouth, Exeter and Torbay. The Breakfast show hosted by Gordon Sparks is broadcast on the Plymouth FM and DAB Transmitters weekday mornings to give residents and commuters detailed information specifically for the Plymouth Area. Gordon is also the voice of every Plymouth Argyle league game on the 95.7MHz (Plymouth) frequency.
