Barry James Hickey DD OAM KC*HS (born 16 April 1936 in Leonora, Western Australia), an Australian metropolitan bishop, was the eighth Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Perth, Western Australia, serving from 1991 until his retirement in 2012. Hickey is presently conferred with the title, Emeritus Archbishop of Perth.
