Present Status of The School

Today the school educates close to 4000 primary and secondary students both in Sinhala and English mediums. The students can select the learning medium according to their preference. Presently the school is divided into two main sections for administrative purposes. They are called primary (grade 1-5) and secondary (grade 6-13) education sections. The school provides accommodations for both boys and girls. Since many years, the school has maintained excellent academic records in ordinary and advance level examinations and its students have archived the highest grades in the provincial as well as island wide rankings.

Today school provide different kinds of facilities to accomplish the tasks of the students. The school is equipped with large amount of facilities such as science laboratories, IT unit, large play ground, library, auditoriums, aesthetics sections, etc. It also provides sport facilities to improve the students athletics and other sports skills.
