Bandar Sunway has also become known as a higher education hub, with two large colleges in the area, namely Monash University, and Sunway University, and The One Academy, an accomplished art college that won the ADreline awards for 2006. There are other notable schools in Bandar Sunway which are SK Bandar Sunway, SMK Bandar Sunway and Sunway International School.
