- Kabul - Kabul International Airport (base)

- Maymana - Maymana Airport
- Mazar-i-Sharif - Mazar-i-Sharif Airport
- Shegnan - Sheghnan Airport
Flights were operated using Yakovlev Yak-40 or de Havilland Twin Otter aircraft.
