Atlantis Naming Rights Disagreement With Bahamian Resort
The Atlantis was sued in 2008 by Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas over the rights to use the Atlantis name, the lawsuit is apparently thrown out and Atlantis Reno has the right to use the trademarked name in their hotel.
