Scouting in Nagorno-Karabakh
Scouting might also be developed in the region of Nagorno-Karabakh, but being an Armenian-controlled territory within Azerbaijan, it is unknown whether Scouts there would be aligned to Hayastani Azgayin Scautakan Sharjum Kazmakerputiun or to Azərbaycan Skaut Assosiasiyasi.
