VCPREF Method
The VCPREF method is a project management method that is widely used throughout the Association des Scouts du Canada. It consists of the following six steps (parts):
- Voulu (Wanted)
- Choisi (Chosen)
- Préparé (Prepared)
- Réalisé (Realized)
- Évalué (Evaluated)
- Fêté (Rewarded)
