Barda Wildlife Sanctuary
Barda Wildlife Sanctuary is another sanctuary proposed by Gujarat state government for reintroduction of lions. The state has also decided to shift four pairs of lions to the sanctuary to newly developed gene pool. This sanctuary is 160 km from Gir forest.
