Arthur J. Bachrach
Arthur (Art) J. Bachrach (born (1923-03-20)March 20, 1923) was an American psychologist and administrator, who was Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychology at Arizona State University, and Director of the Environmental Stress Program and Chair of Psychophysiology at the Naval Medical Research Institute at the Naval Medical Center in Bethesda.
