The Armenian American lobby is one of the most effective ethnic lobbies in the United States. Its main goal is the persuasion of US Congress to favor Armenian interests, especially to recognize the Armenian Genocide. It also had significant role in the United States providing financial support to Armenia. From 1992 to 2010 the US provided nearly $2 billion, the highest per capita amount for a post-Soviet state.

Armenian National Committee of America is the most influential Armenian American grassroots organization. Other Armenian lobby organizations are the Armenian Assembly of America, Armenian American Political Action Committee and the Armenian Youth Federation.

Fund for Armenian Relief is a humanitarian organization providing long-term programs focusing on human development.
