Edna McCoy is a house wife in the Marvel Comics universe.
The character, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, first appeared in X-Men #15 (December 1965).
Within the context of the stories, Edna McCoy is the wife of Norton McCoy and the mother of Hank McCoy. While not generally involved with their son's life, the Dark Beast endangers their life though is unable to actually kill them.
