Meetings
AOCS holds the international Annual Meeting every year for both members and non-members. In 2009, the 100th annual meeting was held in Orlando, Florida, USA, celebrating the centennial of the organization.
In addition to the Annual Meeting, there are several other smaller events held throughout the year. These meetings cover topics ranging from edible oil refining to lipid oxidation to biodiesel technologies.
