Palmdale Campus
The district plans to construct a full-size campus in Palmdale to better serve residents of the southern Antelope Valley. It has purchased 60 acres (240,000 m2) of land for the campus on 25th Street East, south of Avenue S, for the new campus. In the meantime, the district maintains a leased site at 1529 E. Palmdale Boulevard, in Palmdale. The College District will be able to begin construction on the Palmdale campus when the enrollment at the leased facility reaches 500 students. As of May 2008, the temporary campus has an enrollment of 470.
