Annur is well connected to Gandhipuram and to the nearby towns. It has adequate road links and takes only less than an hour to reach Coimbatore or the nearby towns Avinashi, Mettupalayam, Sathyamangalam, Tirupur. All buses from Coimbatore city to Sathyamangalam, Mysore passes through Annur. Likewise, all buses from Mettupalayam to Avinashi, Tirupur, Erodepasses through Annur. Almost every 10 minutes there is a buses to Gandhipuram, Ukkadam, Singallaur bus stations and to the nearby suburbs and vice versa. There are few town bus services that link nearby suburbs to Annur.
