Though Anne Graham Lotz did not attend college and she has chosen to not pursue becoming an ordained minister, she has been awarded the following six honorary doctorates for her extensive work in the area of Bible study and exposition:

- Dallas Baptist University – Honorary Doctorate of Humanities
- Seoul Women’s University – Honorary Doctorate
- Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary – Honorary Doctorate of Divinity
