Anna Ella Carroll

Anna Ella Carroll (August 29, 1815, near Pokomoke City, Maryland, United States – February 19, 1894, Washington, D.C.) was an American politician, pamphleteer and lobbyist. She played a significant role as advisor to the Lincoln cabinet during the American Civil War.
