Andrade Gutierrez

Andrade Gutierrez (AG Group or AGSA) is a Brazilian private conglomerate headquartered in Belo Horizonte. The organization was founded in 1948 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, by the Andrade and Gutierrez families and it is today one of the largest privately held groups in Latin America and amongst the top three largest construction companies in Brazil. It is a market leader in construction, government contracts, telecommunication, real estate investments and other sectors of the Brazilian economy.

The Group its engaged in Engineering & Construction, Telecommunications, and Concessions sectors. Andrade Gutierrez is divided into three Holdings, one for each sector performance. The Holdings are: AG Engenharia or Construtora Andrade Gutierrez for the Engineering and construction sector; AG Concessões for concessions in public services and utilities and AG Telecom engaged in telecommunications.

The main competitors of Andrade Gutierrez are the Brazilian industrial conglomerates Votorantim Group, Odebrecht, Camargo Corrêa and Queiroz Galvão
