The New Union for Macau’s Development formerly known as the Alliance for the Development of Macau (Aliança para Desenvolvimento de Macau) is a political party in the Chinese Special Administrative Region of Macau, a former Portuguese possession. At the 2005 election, the group won 9.3% of the popular vote and 1 out of 12 popular elected seats. While, at the 2009 election, the group won 9.94% of the popular vote and 1 out of 12 popular elected seats.
