All Shall Fade - Founding Member Leaves

Founding Member Leaves

All Shall Fade returned in March 2006 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville NJ as support for Powerman 5000, playing songs from their new ep "The Sounds of Malice and Pride". The band continued to gain exposure and play a handful of high profile shows, including the Jackass 2 Movie Release Party at Dock Street in Staten Island NY, where All Shall Fade was introduced on stage by Don Vito. All Shall Fade also performed in many new places, from Philadelphia to Worcester MA. Also in late 2006, All Shall Fade performed at the Knitting Factory in New York City with The Smash-Up, and also played what the members have referred to as their favorite show of all time: An opening slot for Monty Are I and Dropping Daylight at the School of Rock in South Hackensack, NJ. Prior to this show, All Shall Fade recorded their ep "Better Living Through Letting Go." It was after this show that a bombshell hit the band, and founding member Arnab planned to leave the band.

Arnab stayed on to play one last show with All Shall Fade, who were invited to play at the Hamilton Street Cafe and Stage one more time with Amity Lane (featuring members of TRUSTcompany) and Hydrovibe. Not only was this ASF's last show with Arnab, but it was their last performance at the venue that had become a mainstay in their history.

Famous quotes containing the words founding, member and/or leaves:

The Founding Fathers in their wisdom decided that children were an unnatural strain on parents. So they provided jails called schools, equipped with tortures called an education. School is where you go between when your parents can’t take you and industry can’t take you.
    John Updike (b. 1932)

If there is among you anyone in need, a member of your community in any of your towns within the land that the LORD your God is giving you, do not be hard-hearted or tight-fisted toward your needy neighbor. You should rather open your hand, willingly lending enough to meet the need, whatever it may be.
    Bible: Hebrew, Deuteronomy 15:7,8.

    Till the sun grows cold,
    And the stars are old,
And the leaves of the Judgment Book unfold.
    Bayard Taylor (1825–1875)
