From 1989 to 1996 Galaydh was a professor at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. In September, 2002 Galaydh was a professor at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota until June, 2007.
