Alexandria Technical and Community College offers over 50 degree programs, ranging from certificates to Associate of Science and Associate of Applied Science degrees. An Associate of Arts degree is also offered. Most of the programs here involve some form of experiential learning, preparing students for the real world. The college is known for its transfer education and specialized skills. Alexandria Technical and Community College was Minnesota's first two year college to be accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. It also has the highest graduation rate for two-year public colleges in the state of Minnesota. It also provides a solid education foundation to transfer for a bachelor's degree.
