Professional Career
In 2009 Ruoff played in Liege, Belgium. On September 24, 2010 Ruoff signed a contract with Okapi Aalstar from the Belgium basketball league.
Ruoff was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2012 NBA Development Draft by the Erie Bayhawks. He played for the Canton Charge during the 2012–13 season before being waived on February 6, 2013 at his own request.
