On February 1, 2012, Albany Law School was named as a defendant in a class-action lawsuit alleging fraudulent misrepresentation of its published employment statistics relating to past graduates. The plaintiffs’ counsel have filed similar lawsuits against 20 other schools and have pledged to sue 20 law schools every few months.
